Susan Coull is a highly qualified coach from Henley Business School and recently achieved Accreditation in Executive Coaching with the Association for Coaching. With over 30 years experience of working in the public sector, specialising in leadership and management development and having a passion for working with people, Susan decided to establish her own coaching practice in 2014. Having an amusing (cool) name – Coull Coaching was the obvious choice for her business!
Qualifying as a nurse in 1987, Susan worked in various roles until the mid 90s with particular interests in medical law and ethics and public health (MPhil and MPH). She progressed to develop a career in management and, despite struggling with her own confidence and self belief at times, has been successful in several senior roles at Board and National level. Coaching and Mentoring has played a key role in Susan’s own success and so she knows it works.
Susan has significant experience and skill in managing and implementing organisational change and supporting individuals to develop leadership, management and strategic planning skills. She also has a formal executive coaching role with the Scottish Public Sector Coaching Collaborative.
Coull Coaching’s Vision is to “Develop and grow a highly reputable and successful business in Coaching, Training and Facilitation.”
